Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Reporting Defective Items

Customers must notify Alabat Boutique of any defective item within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Otherwise, the item will be considered received in good condition.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only if the item is defective or not as described.
  • Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt and must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with original tags attached.

Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are allowed only if the item is defective or not as described.
  • Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt and must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with original tags attached.
  • Refunds will be issued to the same credit or debit card used for payment.
  • If payment was made via bank transfer, the refund will be issued as store credit.
  • Returns and refunds do not apply if the customer refuses to accept delivery.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 45 days for refund processing.
  • The refunded amount will be net of any bank processing fees.
